I understand all too well that life is not always what we hoped and dreamed it would be.  But when we find and respect who we are and maintain a positive vision and attitude, it all changes for the better.  It's life experience that shapes us into the amazing person that we are.

My life has been a roller coaster ride... a series of never-ending ups and downs.

So often I wondered why all of it was happening to me!

And the question "What do I do now?" kept coming back.

So yes, guidance now and then, gives another perspective and sheds light on our path! 

​

I spent years trying to find ways to improve my life.  I'm now equipped with over 30 years of learning and educating myself, exploring and experiencing what I was learning so I could improve my life in all possible ways.

​

So that you understand where I come from, here is some of my life path:

​

• The day after I was born, I was sent to an orphanage so I understand all too well the feeling of abandonment and not feeling grounded!

• Work was a series of never-ending challenges.  I experienced lockouts, strikes, business closures, working on term contracts without security.  It was a never-ending wheel of having to start from scratch all over again.  But in the end, this was the fuel that propelled me to start several businesses, so through a series of events, I became an entrepreneur.  Somehow, I always found the strength and motivation to pick up the pieces and move on.  

• I've known abuse, addiction, and had my share of challenging or broken relationships (family, friends and love).

• At 30, I was diagnosed with a chronic health condition. With great pain, sometimes I couldn't work for months, even years, adding financial stress.  Doctors said nothing could be done, but I completely refused to believe that.  One day my inner guidance provided me with the path that led to my recovery and found quality of life again.

No matter what life throws at you, continue your journey.  Use your inner guidance to show you the way and answer questions.  Keep the faith and never ever lose hope!

Know that blessings are waiting for you to open the door and flow your way!

Life experiences, studying, learning, ongoing self-assessment, and inner guidance have led me to be the person I am today and to do what I was meant to do. 

 Each day my guidance helps me make decisions and find my way through challenges.

About 35 years ago,

my curiosity led me on a quest

to understand and learn more about people and spirituality, human basic needs, triggers and behaviours, our spirit and soul, things that we don't see, events or circumstances we can't always explain, exploring and challenging my sixth sense.

My thirst for learning more is still ongoing today.

• Theology: The Old Testament (Sherbrooke University)

• Master business and life coach (I coached/mentored in both internationally)

• Online classes, podcasts, live classes, attend training and seminars: spirituality, esotericism, growth and motivation

• Energy healing courses/training: Master Reiki, Bars (Dr. Dain Heer/Access Consciousness), Aboriginal Energy Healing (3 years, mentored by Pierre L., Shaman, Aboriginal Algonquin Chief)

• Self learning: reading related books and online research

I have other formal/professional education in addition to this career path.
